Working of Mixer Grinder
In this era, multitasking is important. Talking about the appliances one that best describes multi tasking are mixer grinders. A mixer grinder is a device that is versatile which can be used to mix and grind different fodder items at the same time.
These mixer grinders are very easy to operate. By owning them we can make our lives easier in kitchen. From mixing liquids to knead dough, from whipping and mixing liquids to grind meat these mixer grinders have a number of uses.
Inside
There are blades in the mixer which rotate by the motor when the appliance is provided electricity. As the blades rotates with great speed they mix things up real quick hence getting the device its name “mixer”. Due to the rotation of blades suction is created in the appliance and ingredients are pulled down(closure to the blades) and get chopped off or mixed. Due to the creation of suction it is also advised to put the lid of the jar on all the time otherwise everything will spill out as soon as the mixer will rotate.
Outside
When the appliance is provided electricity the motor starts to rotate and subsequently rotates the blades. The blades then start mixing all the stuffs inside the jar. In some mixers the jars are detachable with the lower base of the machine. In such cases the jar has blades and the motor is present in the lower base, the user is expected to lock the jar with the base tightly so that more power could be provided to the blades and nothing brakes.
The mixer has also evolved to portable grinders which are easier to handle. The new grinders have both the blades and motor in one device and the user just need to put ingredients in a jar or any utensil and mix the ingredients.
